Dr. Alka Sethi an exceptional ENT specialist who provided outstanding care for my father. Dr. took the time to listen attentively to my father's concerns and thoroughly explained in a way that was easy to understand. Her expertise and compassion were evident throughout the entire process. My mother had severe pain in her ear and after the diagnosis, Dr. Alka explained us the issue with a solution to it which not only helped eradicating the pain and infection from the ear but it had built a trust on her. The way she talks and treats the patient, itself cures 50% of the problem. She tries her best to treat the patient with almost no pain and hence, wins the heart. I am eighty yrs old .I had the prolem of hearing naturally all the oldies avoid to consult doctor and are happy to live with the problem but more problem is to near and dear one who have to repeat the message while talking. This is where the Dr come in. Dr Alka tried to improve my hearing by wax cleaning in ears lot of wax . But still it was not to the normal level so checked by testing both the ear by doung AUDIOMETRY and found hearing aid will be required and convinced me.she had arranged for home visit of AUDIOLOGIST during CORONA PANDEMIC. We went for the Signia with recharging facility. I am happy for the last one year since I started using hearing aid.Not once have any difficulty with hearing aid nor with charging. I went to prem clinic for ear problem .Dr Alka Sethi had seen me with good advanced instruments called microscope. She carefully removed wax. I know that other doctors don’t use microscope to remove wax and they do in sitting position. But here I noticed she removes wax in procedure room . Very clean clinic
